The weekend was so fun...we had Margie Romney-Aslett visiting the store and teaching classes. She is just so fun. I was able to take one of her classes and visit with her during Friday night's crop. She really is an amazing woman. I love her happy personality and her excitement over life, her family, her friends, her work. I think she is a ray of sunshine. She is someone I will definitely call friend from now on and I hope she feels the same. I look forward to the next time my life will cross paths with Margie. I am hoping it will be at Brave Girls Camp, we will just have to wait and see.
Speaking of Brave Girls Club, have you signed up for the emails yet? If not you really should, they are so uplifting. I love opening up a new message every day and strangely enough most of the time, it feels like they were written just for me. Now I know they really weren't, but that is how good they are. These email are definitely what I call food for the soul. I am determined to have the full experience by going to Camp and becoming a brave girl.
I have also decided that I am going to spend at least a little time scrapbooking each week. I have fallen behind, I need to catch up, I have a story to tell and I want to share it with not only my family but with my friends, with you. So I have made the commitment that I will be posting at least one layout a week on the ol' blog. That way I have given myself a deadline, a goal to work towards. Sunday will be the day...starting next week, I am loving my Thankful Thursdays and I think Sundays will be the perfect day to share a little creative goodness.
Here is to a new week, a new and fresh beginning, love that.
