Yay!!! Still going down! Lost TWO more pounds this week.
Woo Hoo...my clothes are now getting baggy! I am so enjoying Weight Watchers!
The meeting had a light bulb moment for me that I have to share.
Ann (our leader) told the story of when she had just started loosing on the WW program and new she needed to kick it up a notch and add in exercise. She hated the thought, hmm I can so relate! Anyway...she would go out and walk this little course near her neighborhood. One day she was out walking and a little neighbor that tried to get out and walk (even though she had to use a walker) stopped her and said..."Do you know how lucky you are you can do this?" She went on to say how she wished she could still walk like that. It really gave her pause to thought. She started looking at it a whole different way. Thinking how lucky she was that she could walk. How it was a blessing and not something to dread. It was such an eyeopener for me. I will not look at exercise as a curse anymore. I will be glad and thankful that I can do what I can do. Anyway, had to share because it was truly a light bulb moment! Who knows...maybe it will help someone else with the exercise dreads as I USED to call them, lol.
