Time has been moving at a fast clip as of late. It is the final week of school for Bre, Friday being her last day. We have had performances, awards, dinners, more awards, tears, laughs and not much down time. Breanna joined Choir this year and fell in love with it. She is continuing next year with the Concert Choir and will be more involved with competitions and performances. She is also Captain of the Color Guard for her senior year and wants to join Interact. I think she just wants to do as much as possible to enjoy her senior year.
This is The Villages High Concert Choir as they performed for the last time of this school year. They were amazing. There were even tears and some laughs because of their performance.
Above, Bre and Wesley with some of their friends at the VMA's. Breanna was awarded Color Guard like a Boss. Wesley was awarded The Gibber Jabber award. Yes, he is a talker once you get to know him.
Two of Bre's besties. I love these girls. Briana is on the left and Erin is in the middle. They are great young woman with their heads on straight and goals they are working toward.
This is Bre and Wesley at Wesley last day of school lunch. Steph and I met them after school for lunch and celebration. Yes, Bre had tears and Wesley I think was still in shock that he is no longer a high schooler! Below is a picture of me and my girl! I love that she includes me in her life's events and never turned into one of those kids that didn't want to hang out with Mom. I feel very blessed to have her in my life, guiding her as best I can and watching her grow into such an amazing young woman. I am so proud of you Bre, the choices you make, the way you treat people, the respect you show to yourself and others. You are an amazing young woman and I thank God everyday for allowing me to be your mother!
Hope you enjoyed the rather long update, wink. I will be back tomorrow with a Weight Watcher update. Stay tuned. TTFN
