Hi everyone! I am so excited! I was able to make stuff just for the fun of it!
I have been feeling a bit of a creative rut as of late.
I have not been able to just have "play" time.
I have found that my brain doesn't like that, wink.
I was able to play tonight.
This is my new FAVORITE stamp that I showed the other day.
I absolutely LOVE this stamp.
I will be using it a lot.
Below is the first project with this little beauty.
I stamped the tag the butterfly twice on two tags.
One so I could cut the butterfly out and pop them on top of the other tag.
I used Picked Raspberries, Spiced Marmalade and a little Vintage Photo Distress Inks.
Oh...THANK YOU Tim for bringing us this gorgeous PINK! Makes a girl really happy. Hehehe.
For this tag I used Tim's new Compass Texture Fade as well as the new word strip die.
Distress Ink colors where Broken China and Vintage Photo. The stamp is one of Tim's as well.
These aren't quite finished yet, but oh I just wanted to share. The left is using Tim's new Gear Texture Fade, Tiny Gears Die cut (Movers and Shapers) and one of his fabulous word stamps.
The Distress Inks are Rusty Hinge, Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain.
I inked the gears and then embossed them with clear embossing powder.
It makes them resemble beat up metal.
The right tag is using the Journey Movers and Shaper die, stamp and the lovely filmstrip from Idea-ology. The Distress Ink colors are Gathered Twigs, Seedless Preserves and Ripe Persimmon. LOVE these colors blended together. They are magic I tell you!
I have a few more trinkets and spinners to add to the tags, but they are coming along.
Hope you enjoyed this little bit of inky fun!
