CC3Challenge 3

I am totally in love with this die! I think I am going to be using it a LOT in the future!
It is so easy!!! You will love it.
The technique is on page 65 in the Compendium of Curiosities III.
If you haven't gotten your book you can still order it from Tim and Mario here.
Here is a little closeup of the roses.  I inked them and added some Rock Candy Distress Glitter.
Love me some sparkle! hehehe.
And of course butterflies are a must! wink.  Love this sentiment from Flavia!
I think it fits perfectly.
I hope you will decide to play along.  The prizes are absolutely fabulous! Tim and Mario have donated a ton of fantastic goodies! Don't forget to leave comments on each of the Curiosity Crew's blogs to be entered! You can find the rules on the Compendium of Curiosities home page
And our generous Sponsor for this challenge is Inspiration Emporium
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you play along!

  8. Yvonne....your piece is so YOU! Love the PINK! :) Love the shabby chicness of it! Calling your creation "a tag" just doesn't seem to do it justice. :) Your faux tea roses are so lovely with the Rock Candy Glitter on them. Your colored butterflies, the metal Ideaology pieces, the die cut of the layered tags, and that beautiful sentiment all work together so perfectly! I love this! <3 Candy

    1. Hi Brandy! Thank you for your sweet comments! The background for that tag is just Picked Raspberry blended onto tag and then the little speckles are from the stamp set CMS061 Urban Tapestry. After the ink was blended on just stamp the speckled stamp with the same color and stamp all over the tag...easy peasy! It is by far one of my favorite stamps and one I use ALL the time!
