Craftwell/Xyron Blog Hop Day 3

Welcome back for day THREE!!!
Today I want to share with you another home decor project.
I had a rather plain black frame laying around and wanted to dress it up a bit.
I embossed a piece of white cardstock with my TC eBosser using
the Teresa Collins Decor Circles embossing folder.
This folder is really a great pattern to use, well any of them are! hehehe.

I cut the embossed cardstock down to a quarter inch less the the frame.
This will allow an 1/8" border around the outer perimeter of the frame.
Then I measured the dimensions of the frame itself to figure out how wide I needed to cut the cardstock.  After I figured that out I used my trimmer to cut the inside cuts and finished off the corners with my exacto knife. I used my Xyron glue stick to glue the cardstock down to the frame.
It bonded really strong!
I punched out two gold glitter stars with my star punch from Fiskars and popped those using Xyron's dimensional foam.
Can't believe we are halfway through the blog hop!
