Compendium Of Curiosities Challenge #11

Welcome back to our ELEVENTH challenge out of Tim's fabulous book...
Compendium of Curiosities III.
It's never to late to get the book and start playing along!
You can still get an autographed copy here

This challenge is Effect Powders on page 52.
This is one I particularly love because of the special effects you can achieve.
I will not give Tim's technique away...but I LOVE it!!!

I seem to have issues staying within the confines of a tag! I love tags...but
even if I start on a tag..it tends to wander on to other surfaces!
These kinds of things just make me happy inside!
I love getting lost in creativity...you never know where it is going to go!
Burlap panels are my obsession at the moment.
They have so much room to work on and the texture is just ah-mazing!
I adhered a torn around the edges paper out of the Wallflower paper pad using Matte Medium
(seriously love this stuff..I need gallons of it....hehehe)
I love layers...
so I used the Postage Stamp Die and another piece of torn around the edges Wallflower to create a place to add a sentiment.
I have a LOVE of the Eiffel Tower and this die was scooped up when it first came out.
It is used and loved quit a bit!
I also cut out some of the hardware findings to use on the top and bottom of right side of the canvas.
Inked some doilies and put them under all the layers.
Added some Ideaology here and there and there you have it!

If you would like to have fun along with us, make sure to follow all the rules so you will be eligible for these fabulous prizes!!!
For challenge #11 Inspiration Emporium is a generous sponsor...they donated a $50 Gift Certificate.
Tim and Mario also donated a ton of fabulous prizes.
So fun with playing along, getting to be creative and a chance to win prizes...what else could be better!!!
Linda Ledbetter is the phenomenal force behind this challenge.
She is an amazing person and she has worked so hard for so many of us to enjoy this challenge.
I just want to say thank you to her for inviting me on this journey!
