You will have a chance to win $50 to spend at Inspiration Emporium!!!

Here is mine.
I decided to do a Halloween tag.
I am usually not huge on Halloween, but with Tim's Die Cuts, Stamps and the Fall palette of Distress Ink colors...I couldn't not do this one!

So this is where I started...
I blended on Seedless Preserves, Ripe Persimmon and Gathered Twigs all together onto two tags.
After I achieved the color I liked, I then applied the stencil to one of the tags and blended more Seedless Preserves over the top. I really loved how this let the webbing pop!
I decided to do some spritzing and flicking too.
This is one of my favorite techniques from Tim...I almost use it every time I create!
I punched two 2" squares and cut down attached some clear packaging (saved from one of Tim's Ideaology trinkets).

After attaching the packaging, I built up a layer with black 3D foam.
(one tip...before you attach the transparency lay the tag with the punch out squares and make some marks on the tag that will be underneath.  This will definitely make positioning the crow, cat and chit chat easier!) Yes, learned that the hard way a few of these window creations back. LOL.
The Crow and Cat are Tim's Movers and Shapers Dies
It's hard to see in the pictures with the finished tags, but I added a little more Ripe Persimmon to the bottom tag so it would appear as if it was kind of a glowing backdrop.
You can see it well in the picture above.
Once the Crow and Cat were situated I placed the top tag over the bottom tag.
This was so fun to create...I even found myself wondering what other Halloween Goodies I could create, wink.

In the above picture you can see that I added some Ideaology pieces along with some Holiday Chit Chat and the Boo Die Cut.
Below, I used some hinge fasteners to be able to hang some things off the tag.
I love those things...so glad the brought those back!
The 31 comes on the Boo Die...so I had to use it...right!
The poison bottles are from Tim's Mini Blueprints 5 (CMS170)
I stamped them, inked them, put a layer of glossy accents on and then fussy cut them out.
The cork is from the Ideaology Vials.  Just cut them in half and then made them a tad shorter.
This allowed me to stick the memo pin in so I could hang it off the hinge fastener!
The 31 is adhered to one of the left over squares from the punch out of the tag.
So there you have it! I hope you enjoyed my entry in the "Fall" challenge!
I had so much fun creating this and have two little girls to give this to for Halloween.
Hope you have a great weekend...I will be back tomorrow with the new Compendium Of Curiosities Challenge. Can you believe we are already up to #11!!!
hehehe.
