CHA Part III

Hello there...
Back today to share one other project that was in Tim's Idea-ology booth.
Many of you know that I have a passion for Tim's Burlap Panels!
Yes...I have a hoard of them, wink.
I just can't seem to get enough of them.
This one is featuring Tim's new Found Relatives Strips.
I love that you can use them as a strip or cut them apart and use them individually.
I used Multi Matte to adhere the Tim's paper to the panel.
Then whitewashed over it with a mixture of Distress Paint and water.
Then just altered some Idea-ology pieces with Distress Paint, added some Broken China Distress Ink to the back of the Vellum Butterflies, dyed the Crinkle ribbon with Distress Ink and put it all together.
I'm telling you...Go get some Burlap Panels...they are so fun to create with.
I have a couple of ideas spinning in my head right now. So I will probably be sharing some more panels very soon! hehehe.
Thanks again Tim, Mario and Paula...words cannot express my gratitude for allowing me to share my art with you and CHA! Still giddy over the whole experience!
The other designers blew me away with their creations!
I LOVED the Idea-ology booth...the Ranger booth and the Sizzix booth.

  1. Of course this was displayed at CHA in Tim's Idea-ology booth!! It's Fabulous in all of its Yvonne-ness!! Just look at the (3) butterflies!! Just look at the (3) photos in the strip, there's a number 3..what's that peeking out from behind the photo strip...a secret reference of 3 between the kids in the photos, perhaps? So fun!! Absolutely Gorgeous panel, Yvonne!! Be proud--Very Proud!! XOXO-Shari

  7. Your site & projects are all WONDERFUL!!! I'm humbled to be crafting along with so much TALENT!!!! Heard from CCC3 that you're fighting a bug. I know how much that really stinks; I came down sick 2 days before CHRISTmas (on our way to Florida for the Holidays) and it stuck with me just over a full month. Glad that's done & sincerely hope it doesn't 'bug' you that long!!! Get well soon!!! ;)
