Compendium Of Curiosities Challenge #25

Welcome to Challenge #25 of CC3C!!!
It's hard to believe we are this far along, but we are.
It has been quite the adventure.
I am so thankful to the friends I have made and the art I have gotten to see that you each share and really put your heart and souls in to creating!
This community we have is really special!
I am so very thankful for each and everyone of you and all the sweet comments you leave.
I love to read them and visit your blogs and see what you are up too!
You continue to blow me away with your creativity...it just astounds me.
And....it just keeps getting better and better, wink.
So once again...thank you.  Thank you for visiting and thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. I wish I could reply to all of you but right now life is moving at light speed and I am hanging on my the tips of my fingers, wink.

This weeks Challenge can be found on page 64 of Compendium Of Curiosities Vol. III.
It would make a great gift if you already have yours and you can still order them from Tim and Mario and it will even be autographed. How cool is that!
Our Sponsor this week Inspiration Emporium, they have donated a generous gift certificate.
We also have Tim and Mario sponsoring who donated a ton of things to be given away as prizes.
Fun stuff.  All you have to do is follow the rules listed on the CC3Challenge blog as well as each new challenge post. Easy peasy.

Okay...this weeks Challenge is using Tim's Frameworks Dies.
I LOVE these dies! They are quite simply the bomb, hehehe.
I still lack one I believe, but it will be mine before long!

I used the new Floral Stamps that were released at CHA in January.
Oh these are so fun.  I just stamp them on a large tag and blend ink right on to them.
Of course you could definitely "watercolor" them using Distress Ink as well.
I used to have these flowers growing wild in my back yard and it brought back so many memories when I was creating this tag.
I have full intentions of putting it on a card foundation but I just ran out of time.
And...yes you HAVE to have a little sparkle! Right???
Well, I do anyway...So I added some stickles to the flower.
I am not going to give away the technique so you will have to find the deets for that listed on page 64.  I also used some of Tim's new Chit Chat sentences...These are so fun...I am still hoarding
the regular chit chat and this will undoubtedly be another one added to the hoard!
Okay...I hope you enjoyed your visit here today.
If you haven't made your way to the rest of the Curiosity Crew be sure to do so.
The Crew continues to inspire me, blow me away and leave me picking my chin up.
I will be perusing their blogs first thing Saturday Morning!
Have a great weekend and happy creating!

  9. I just got the new Botanical Sketch stamp and I love it! This is the next stamp on my wish list. After this challenge I can see where I will need all the framework dies and the chit chat sentences too...That said, I want to let you know how beautiful your tag is. Lovely ink blending on your flower and the blended blue to green background is a wonderful backdrop, especially with the added texture of the stenciling and water flicking. I bet your yard is beautiful when your wildflowers are in bloom.
