A Sunday Funday with Lynne Forsythe!

I think this tag that Lynne made is SO needed right now!
It truly made me stop and rethink what I was allowing into my world!
I hope you enjoy! I know I did!!! hehehe.

I was SOOOO EXCITED when I arrived home
Saturday to find a package in my mailbox from
Scrapbooks by the Sea in Myrtle Beach.
In it was a package of
Ken Oliver Crafts NEW Color Burst
Rich Moroccan Shades.
I patiently waited for
 Sunday afternoon to roll around....
So I could pull those bad boys out!!

For my project today....
I used my 'TOVER tag!
from my playing....
It had leftover mediums that I stenciled on it.
I used it to sop up extra colors that found themselves
on my Kraft Mat.

I added additional color to my tag in a wash form.
I was having soooo MUCH fun with the
Color Burst, I pulled out a few packages
of Petaloo's DIY blooms....
and continued coloring!

I stapled on several pieces of mesh and
a strip of metallic ribbon.

Next, I pulled out my box of
and found this little darling....
It's up to you

It was too big to fit onto my tag as a whole image
so I needed to cut it apart.....but the design of the
stamp made that difficult....
SO, I had to get a bit creative.

I applied ink to the top and bottom lines of the stamp and
using a paper stump and or Qtip
I cleaned ink off of the
center line and stamped onto my vintage lined paper.

I then stamped with my stamp, of to the side
until there was no ink left on it,
then I applied ink to the center line and
cleaned off the top and bottom lines and stamped.

I then cut apart my verbage!

I adhered it to my tag with Multi Medium Matte.

I hope you have enjoyed my Sunday Funday project!!
