Twitterpated by Lynne Forsythe

Oh how I love definitions! It's something about words...I just LOVE words...
especially fun ones! hehehe....Lynne did it again and blew me away!
Thanks Lynne for always creating such beautiful pieces of art!

Within days my daughter will be getting married!
Needless to say, I have been knee deep in wedding prep....
I was in desperate need of some "me create" time so
I pulled out a page from my Mix and Match Ledger,
but of course I had to use the wedding color....
just couldn't resist.

I decided I would work with the pieces parts ('TOVERS)
that are taking over my work surface.

I began by pulling various papers and ephemera from my pile of 'TOVERS
and adhered the pieces parts to my art journal page.

I then applied a diluted layer of gesso to even out the surface colors.

Next, I applied a layer of Clear Gesso,  and then
randomly applied Glass Bead Gel to my dry surface.

Next, I pulled out a one of my chippies, applied some prills
and then a bit of color. When dry, I cut it apart.

OK....I had so much fun coloring my page
I neglected to take pictures! SORRY!

Lastly, I went looking through my
Yvonne Blair Designs/Impression Obsession Stamps
for the PERFECT stamp...
and I found it!

Here is my finished page....

I hope you enjoyed my creative time.....
now off to make the bride's bouquet,
boutonnières and other last minute items!
